Accessible Forms
Accessible forms are designed to be printed and completed by a client. In some cases, they may be completed with support. Completed forms should be scanned and filed into a client’s Google Drive folder; then the physical copy filed into their physical folder. Digital Accessible Forms are a work in progress.
Any document can be re-rendered in an alternative font or dyslexia-friendly fontface; please request this from George.
